14 Days Return Policy
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Product shall be unused, product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging. Purchaser are advise to take photos or video as proof.
This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Site.
Purchaser may only return and apply for the refund of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by purchaser;
- The Item received is incomplete (part of items not included);
- Vendor delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to purchaser;
- The Item delivered to purchaser is materially different from the description provided by vendor in the listing of the Item;
- The Item received is a counterfeit item;
- The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
- The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
- Upon mutual agreement between vendor and purchaser. Both Vendor and purchaser must send notify mymall2y by email or WhatsApp.
In the event purchaser has commenced legal action against vendor, it is the responsibility of purchaser to formally notify mymall2u to withhold monies in dispute until settlement or judgement implement. Mymall2u will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase monies.
COUNTERFEIT, DAMAGE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ by vendor and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive.
If the item you receive is Counterfeit, Damage or faulty Products, please contact vendor immediately by providing your order number, name and address, product details and to notify return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
It is the responsibility of vendor notify Mymall2u customer service team of such arrangement.
In the event the Product returned is not damage, faulty or counterfeit we may require purchaser to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs by charging to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when order made. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result of it.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
It is the responsibility of vendor to bear all cost of shipping fee in case of supplying the damage, faulty, counterfeit, or wrong items.
MyMall2u may use its sole discretion to determine who bear the return shipping fee in case of dispute between vendor and purchaser arise.
Purchaser will need to bear cost of shipping fee in case sudden change of mind not to use the item purchased.
Purchaser will only be refunded upon confirmation from Vendor that they has received the returned Item. In the event not confirmation received within Vendor within stipulated time period, we will refund the money to purchaser without further notice to vendor.
The refund will be made to purchaser’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
Kindly take note we do not honour any walk-in returns or refund request as not stock of products available at our premises.
